Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yes — plans are paid upfront via Stripe. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial, so you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then with no cost.
What happens if I go over my message limit?
Additional messages are billed at $0.025 each. You'll see a warning in your dashboard before you hit the cap so you can upgrade if needed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings at any time and you won't be charged for the next billing period.
How does the voice training work?
You paste in 3–5 real messages you've sent clients before. Our AI studies your phrasing, tone, and warmth — not just your words. The result sounds like you, not like a robot.
Do clients know the messages are automated?
You control that. Most owners choose to keep it natural — Protaja messages are warm and personal, not obviously promotional. Clients feel remembered, not marketed to.
